Christmas Dinner at The Dillard House

Friday, December 19 at 5:30 PM
Celebrate the joy of the season with your fellow Rotarians at our annual Christmas Dinner, hosted this year at the beautiful and historic Dillard House. We look forward to an evening filled with fellowship, holiday warmth, and an exceptional dining experience.
Rotary members attend at no cost, Impact members and guests are welcome for $55. Payments may be made in advance or at the door.
Our dinner begins with two beautifully prepared salads: a Winter Salad of field greens, roasted beets, candied pecans, local goat cheese, and sherry vinaigrette, alongside a classic Caesar Salad featuring crisp romaine, focaccia croutons, and fresh Parmesan-Reggiano.
For the entrée selections, enjoy Southern Fried Chicken and the evening’s centerpiece—Herb-Crusted Prime Rib, carved to order and served with au jus and horseradish cream.
The dinner is complemented by seasonal sides, including roasted Brussels sprouts with caramelized shallots and maple mustard butter, as well as creamy mashed potatoes with rich gravy. Warm yeast rolls, corn muffins, and whipped butter round out the meal.
Save room for a decadent finish: Blueberry and White Chocolate Bread Pudding draped in warm amaretto cream.
To accompany the evening, a selection of Southern sweet and unsweet iced tea, lemonade, and coffee will be available, along with a full cash bar offering beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
