President’s Message
Spring is officially here, and with it comes a renewed sense of energy and momentum. We reviewed the results of our member survey, and it’s clear that our club is strong, engaged, and committed to making an even greater impact in our community. This past Saturday was a perfect example—with three separate service projects happening on the same day, our members showed up in force and made a difference. It’s a great reminder that in Rotary, busy people get things done, and together, we continue to live out our mission of Service Above Self in meaningful ways.
Recap from Last Week’s Meeting
Laura Seberg led our meeting, which featured a deep dive into our membership survey. There was excellent engagement during the assembly, with 50 ideas generated for improving our club. The two main areas identified were personal engagement and stronger connections.
The results clearly show that we need to spend more time helping members get connected and feel a true sense of belonging. Moving forward, we will:
- Schedule more “Pot Luck” socials
- Include more “3-Minute Member Talks” during meetings
- Develop a mentoring program for new members
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey and contributed to this meaningful discussion.
