🔄 Recap from Last Week
We heard from Trampes Stancil, who gave us an update on Rabun County EMS.
He also shared a quick way to diagnose a possible stroke using the acronym BE FAST:
- B – Balance: Loss of balance or coordination, headache, dizziness
- E – Eyes: Blurred vision, loss of vision, double vision
- F – Face: One side of the face is drooping or numb
- A – Arms: Arm or leg weakness or numbness
- S – Speech: Slurred or garbled speech, confusion, or trouble understanding
- T – Time: Time to call for an ambulance immediately
Trampes also mentioned he would like to schedule a time to teach the Club CPR. Stay tuned for details.
