About the Rotary Club of Clayton
The Rotary Club of Clayton is proud to be a local chapter of Rotary International—a global network of neighbors, friends, and leaders who come together to create lasting change. Our members share a passion for service, fellowship, and making a positive difference both in our community and around the world.
What We Do:

Connect Business and Community Leaders: We bring together a diverse group of professionals and community members who are committed to improving lives in Rabun County and beyond.

Host Meetings, Fundraisers, and Service Projects: Through regular gatherings, fundraising events, and hands-on projects, we build strong bonds while working toward common goals.

Learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose, properly administer Narcan, and gain valuable information to help protect your family and our community.

This past weekend, several members of the Rotary Club of Clayton attended the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI), investing in their leadership skills and bringing back fresh ideas to strengthen our club and better serve our community.
RLI equips Rotarians with a deeper understanding of Rotary, practical leadership tools, and opportunities to connect with members from across the district. We’re proud of our members for their commitment to learning, growing, and living out Service Above Self.

Join us Thursday as we welcome Unite Rabun, Hannah Davison for an important and timely program on overdose prevention and emerging drug trends.
Our featured speakers will provide Naloxone (Narcan) training, teaching attendees how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose, while also raising awareness about the growing concerns surrounding kratom, 7-OH, and other dangerous substances being sold in gas stations and convenience stores.
This educational program will equip our community with practical, life-saving knowledge while highlighting the vital work Unite Rabun is doing to support individuals and families affected by substance use disorder and mental health challenges throughout North Georgia.

✨ Meet Your Rotary Leadership: Allison Beck ✨
Meet Allison Beck, our Youth Services Chair for the Rotary Club of Clayton!
Allison has been a Rotarian for three years and serves as the Office Manager at Life Point Medical. She loves that every Rotary meeting offers the opportunity to learn something new and be inspired by the incredible talents and experiences of fellow members.
Her favorite Rotary tradition? Summer Vibes on Lake Burton—tying up boats with fellow Rotarians and enjoying fellowship on the water.
When asked what “Service Above Self” means to her, Allison shared:
“Putting the goal, project, or objective above my personal needs, desires, and comfort.”
A fun fact about Allison: She has three sons—one in college, one in high school, and one in kindergarten! With kids spanning so many stages of life, she’s uniquely equipped to lead our Youth Services efforts and understands the needs and interests of young people throughout our community.
